About the Section
The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is a national, professional, non-profit society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 — the premier organisation of India dedicated to the quality and excellence of technical education.
The Karnataka Section is one of its most active state sections. It supports institutional and student chapters, organises faculty development programmes, conventions, seminars and workshops, and recognises excellence through awards. The Section was honoured with the Best Section Award 2024 at the 54th ISTE National Annual Faculty Convention.
